Canadian orders with US postal service (International priority mail) shipping
option. Sorry about the inconvenience.
(USPS
International Priority service, normally needs 6-10 days to
deliver packages to most Canadian address.)
We use USPS priority as default for online
Canadian orders, since it's most cost effective on most non-urgent orders.
Also, customers are less likely charged with commercial couriers (FedEx
or UPS) highly estimated taxes and fees when delivered to recipients in
Canada.
Please keep that in mind that postal packages
might take extra days to be cleared by the customs before and during "gift-giving"
Holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Father's day and Mother's day.
If Canadian buyers need faster delivery shipping
options and do not mind to pay higher shipping fee, we can accommodate
your needs. Our choices of Express shipping to Canada are FedEx
1-3 business day service, and USPS-Global Express Guaranteed (in 1-3 days).
Buyer

" with your ordering details, your address' postal code/province, contact
Phone#, (item names or its model#), Quantity, and Desired delivery dates.
(Don't include any credit card number in your Email).
Then we will contact you back within 1 business
day (via fax, phone or email), give you the quote of shipping rates, estimate
delivery time, and if you agree with the total amount of the order,
we
will email or fax the order form
for credit card payment information.
Buyers have to fill up the credit card information, address, phone number,
and sign and date on the order form.
The completed order form can be returned back to us, by Fax or email (if
you have computer scanner and know how to do so). A private toll
free fax number (listed on the form) for Canadian buyers for your convenience.
We accept (Visa, MasterCard, Discover card,
or American Express) credit card payments from Canadian buyers with a
valid Canadian billing address.
Due to card payment policy,
we only ship to your Canadian billing address.
Attention to Canadian buyers:
Buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs
fees, etc. which may be assessed in Canada. Our order total amounts
only include price amount of merchandise, and shipping fees.
Taxes, duty, customs fees, broker fees, delivery agent charges and so
forth which may be assessed in Canada are not included in what
we will bill you, and are your responsibility. If you have
not ordered from the US before, we suggest you check with your Postal
office, Customs Office and/or the local address of the FedEx carrier,
so you can be aware of any charges which may be payable by you upon receipt
of the package.
NOTE: If you refuse the
package or if it is returned to us for any reason (such as wrong address,
etc.), we will credit you for the amount of the merchandise
if and when the merchandise is recovered by us. 5% restocking charge
applies. We will not refund freight out. Freight back to us is assessed
as well. It will be deducted from your payment.

do not use UPS Ground or UPS Express to ship orders to Canada,
due to their unreasonable brokers fees, and estimated taxes billed to
buyers/recipients in the past.
