Return and Refund policy:
All
Return Merchandise must follow the guidelines, as listed below:

All
merchandise return authorization must be requested within 3 weeks
after the date of order shipment delivery at customers' address;

Returned
item(s) must be shipped and
postmarked within 1 week after date of return authorization granted;

Merchandise
can not be modified or altered, including headsets, battery chargers,
and communication system, etc.;

Merchandise
must be in clean, original condition, with correct serial number label
intact. All communicators and intercom units have manufacturer's
serial number label on the back;

Merchandise
must be returned with the
manufacturers original packaging box with warranty paper and
instruction booklet for proper refund;
-
customer
is responsible for the shipping to get items back to us;
-
No
shipping/handling fees will be reimbursed on return merchandise;

A
15% restocking fee will be charged on all return items for
refund only option;
-
A
10% restocking fee will be charged only when customers re-order
different item(s) with same price amount or greater from us, within 1
week of return authorization granted;
-
No
return on Group discounted order, Special order item,
close-out items, Demo items, customers of this type of order have to
contact manufacturer for service warranty.

Contact

), or phone (832-476-3890) for a return authorization RA# before
return any item.

Please
allow 5-7 business days for refund process, after we received return
items.

If
customers receive the wrong order items due to our shipping error,
please notify us by email or phone within 2 days of shipment arrival. We
will arrange exchange for correct item(s) and shipping for customers.
Return
Shipping Instructions:

When
sending package back to Motion Wave, inc., please obtain a tracking
number from your shipper (UPS or FedEx will give you one
automatically, USPS requires Delivery confirmation option) and
preferably insurance on return package (for your protection), we don't
accept damaged package from shippers at all.

On
a separate piece of paper, customers need to indicate the RA# number,
e-mail address, phone number and name of the person who purchased this
order, along with the reason for your return or exchange.

Please
ship all items in a shipping box.

Do
not return items in manufacturer’s packaging, as they will not be
accepted.

Please
allow 5-7 business days for refund process, after we received return
items.

- Please contact the product manufacturer
for all warranty claims. All claims are not handled by MWsbike.com
(Motion Wave, Inc.) Warranty items should be shipped directly to the
manufacturer.
