The XBi2 is ChatterBox's latest bike-to-bike wireless intercom that also comes equipped with A2DP Bluetooth technology.
It has all the features that the XBi has but with additional power that will allow simultaneous communications between 3 riders with up to 500 meters of range.

XBi2 - features highlight

Prefect for small group of riders, XBi2 allows simultaneous communications between 3 riders with up to 500 meters of range (1,640 ft) in optimum conditions. *500 meter is about 5 football (America) fields' length.

Bluetooth® wireless connection to mobile phone, audio, or GPS in stereo sound. *Each XBi2 module pairs up to 2 Bluetooth® accessories at the same time.

Prefect for solo riders too who prefer flexibility to pair with other XBi2 users if needed.

A2DP Bluetooth technology, allows high-fidelity audio to be streamed from one XBi2 Bluetooth to another XBi2 module.

Add one more XBi2 , they can pair as wireless Rider to Passenger intercom, just like original XBi.
*Since XBi2 module allows up to 3 riders, one XBi2 passenger is counted as one of the 3 riders.

XBi2 module has one port for optional wired audio input (for 3.5mm sized connector), allow you to wired-connect your traditional portable music/stereo radio player, GPS, or radar detector.

This new ChatterBox XBi2 model that is unlike any other on the market. Communicate rider to passenger via CDMA crystal clear technology. Each ChatterBox XBi2 module is capable of pairing with up to two accessory devices at the same time. (like. iPod, iPhone, Mp3, satellite radio, GPS, mobile phone, radar detector)
SMART technology will automatically prioritize the transmission of the paired devices.
(For instance, If a Bluetooth® cell phone and audio device pair with a XBi2 same time, the XBi2 will prioritize cell phone audio first and automatically mute the audio device (GPS, iPod, MP3 or radar detector) to let rider answer phone calls).
The XBi2 is so far advanced that it can even stream music from one module to the other.
Each XBi2 module is also capable of being used by itself to pair accessories when riding alone.
